IxDAers,

As one of the discussions turned negative yesterday I made an attempt  
to shift the tone of the conversation to one that could be more open  
and productive. I love and appreciate the passion, the discourse, and  
even the heated arguments within this community. Every member of this  
community should feel open to explore, inquire and experiment with  
the tools and methods regardless of the outcome. That is how we  
learn. I think it is a crucial ingredient to growing this discipline.  
In a subsequent message I made the mistake of letting it get  
personal. IMHO, and for all the good intentions, that was not  
appropriate. I made a mistake and I regret that decision.
