It should, its goals are exactly those of OpenGeocoder. PAGC was started
in 2001, and while it has moved slowly, it has gone through major
improvements over the last few months, and it now includes a web
geocoding service.

Can the PAGC GeoCoder help out here?
I've been involved in a project using PAGC Address GeoCoder. A lot
of work went into setting up the geocoder to handle datasets in a
flexible manner.

I updated the wikipedia WCS entry accordingly for the benefit of everyone.
The WCS test engine seems pretty interesting to us. It will help us make
sure our server also serves WMS in full compliance.

While having a look at the nice new logo-varieties
(http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/marketing/logo/png24/300/)I was wondering,
if there are plans to also have one for the official (or "in
formation")local chapters by changing the nice blue line?

Hi All,
some might remember that we started working on an updated version of the
OSGeo logo (last year...). There have been some technical reasons to
update the logo. It is now easier to stitch on paraphernalia, copy on
table cloth banners, etc. Beyond this we have also listened to the
critics
