Is there actually an example or somethings you would like to see covered in an
annual report? I would like to make a better "issue" for the geotools psc. I
think I have kind of faked it in years past :)

We are shooting for a publication date of July 29th. I was hoping to
get the draft reports by the end of the week. I can wait longer than
that if needed, but it is a good date to shoot for.
