We are in the planning stage again for the FOSS4G track in the
philgeos 2014 this coming November. We have been hitching with the
PhilGEOS conference already as a FOSS4G track for two years already

I'm very happy to hear of your FOSS4G plans. Of course you might have
noticed that OSGeo is going through some growing pains recently, trying
to find ways to manage the growth of FOSS4G.
