today, we had BOF session about OSGeo-Europe local chapter and hopefully
addressed some questions raised.
We agreed on creating bylaws as one of the first steps and investigate
further steps needed to be done for legal body.

This evening there is a BOF session about FOSS4G Europe 2017 and
European Local Chapter. We meet at 18:00 at the OSGeo Booth, pick an
OSGeo beer and go to a good place to discuss.
