Does the OGC still have any credibility as a transparent standards
organization after this?
I'm very disappointed in ESRI and OGC based on what I've heard so far.
Pretty hard to believe this is coming from the folks that first published
the Shapefile specification that made a lot of open source
We may be late, but this still smells fishy. Wrapping things up in a formal
process doesn't change the fishy smell.
