Hello Bob, you also could add an event to https://www.osgeo.org/events/ You need editor rights to do that. So if you would like to go this way please ask Vicky or me for the rights. You also could promote the event via a blog registered at https://planet.osgeo.org/ Hope that info helps

Hi Bob I suggest: use the wiki. For example on the wiki page of the local chapter you can have a section about meetings and individual pages for the meetings For example Page that has a meetings section: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Board_Meetings Page that has the meeting
