I would like to nominate Anita Graser for charter membership. Many of you will know her work under the name of Underdark which is her user name on gis,stackexchange ( http://gis.stackexchange.com/users/187/underdark ) and her blog ( http://underdark.wordpress.com/ ) where she is tireless in promoting QGis and other open source GIS tools. Anita is also a contributor to the QGis code base.
