Hello everybody, I would like to nominate Gabriel Roldán.
Gabriel is core developer for Geosever and Geotools and has been involved in FOSS4G since 2003 (or even before). He also has collaborated with gvSIG and some other projects. I really think he is one of the most important FOSS4G developers from the spanish-speaking community.
