Dear colleagues, The Global Soil Week 2017 was co-hosted by twenty two partners from four governments, intergovernmental and academic organizations and civil society networks. 250 distinguished participants provided valuable perspectives piloting contributions to the High Level Political Forum (HLPF) Thematic Reviews.
Through all our collective inputs, we were able to address the role of soil and land linked to the six SDGs up for review this year and we were able to build bridges for the review of SDG15 in 2018, thereby working in a truly integrated manner. All reports are now available at http://globalsoilweek.org/2017/07/10/gsw17-policy-message-final-report/ I want to thank the organisers and all participants for the very successful meetings and outcomes. Best wishes, Suchith [1] http://opensourcegeospatial.icaci.org/2017/05/global-soil-week-2017/ This message and any attachment are intended solely for the addressee and may contain confidential information.
