I live in Montreal and am interested in helping the OSGeo with the Libre
Graphic Meeting. I can't offer much but we can at least host in our home
for several nights anyone from the OSGeo who wants to attend the Libre
Graphic Meeting.

GIMP is very scriptable. I've used it for quite a while actually. A
stripped down version for use as a CGI would be something that might be
pretty slick as an add on to a Web Service. Something to add to a
Client Layout Canvas product (of which I've been
