What is the process to create a sub-group of OSGeo? I would like to create the
OSGeo-fr's one!
You need to ask one of the OSGeo group managers. I just created a
sub-group for OSGeo-Fr.
If other local chapters want a sub-group feel free to contact me
off-list w
