The OSGeo Live 7.0 version of the NetCDF4 python library dependency is
broken, but can be easily fixed with...
pip install -I netCDF4==1.0.4

For the Sydney "Climate Change Interoperability Plugfest" we had a different
kind of response. Much of the climate change data was provided in NetCDF
"format" which most of those participating were unable to deal with.
This kind of response highlighted an opportunity for funding.
