OSGeo, based upon the understanding that OSGeo is a worthy
not-for-profit. (Usually manned by paying OSGeo delegates).

Also, the Live Disk is the logical starting point as we work with NGA to move
open source technology and practices into the agency. We hope to formally kick
off that effort before Thanksgiving and will start out with an external
internet

Of particular note, the OSGeoLive DVD contains write ups of key OGC
standards - which is important for the OGC sponsor.
