well doesn't totally freeze but overnight it might lose 5 hours or so.
press any button and it could take minutes for the sb2 to respond and
the clock to count up to the correct time. very very strange.

is running on, even when it is powered off by the remote. Are there any
plans to implement a standby feature which would allow the slim server
PC to go into standby? The SB2 could wake up the slim server pc and
vice versa.
Also going to freshmeat, and searching for id3 brings up a plethora of
tools/scripts. Many of them will pragmatically look at the filenames
and create the tags. I've used at least two of the perl ones in the
past to success.

Cache. If it's not there, dig around under server settings until you

First, I tried to export a J-River Media Center 10, playlist to my

I also see this on XP - SqueezeboxG seems very sluggish when I haven't
used the server for a while.
Something to do with memory being swapped out perhaps?
(SlimServer process loses about 40Mb of memory in Task Manager when it's
inactive.)

When using the internet sharing possibilities of Windows XP a DHCP
server is created. I suppose than it will not be an adhoc connection.
Clients do get a ip adres (gateway will be the xp) and when using an
direct connection to the internet it must be possible to hear
internetradio.

Restarting the server after wipe cache made my -browse artists- and
-browse artwork- problems dissappear. I should of course have done that
earlier but from here I am not able to restart the server (have to use a
shell for that and can only do that at home)
