Hi,
I've used my SB1 through my WRT54G with no problems, although I don't
remember if that was wireless or wired.
Send me an email offline to remind me and I'll look at this sometime
this week.

I have the same problem except that the playback is intermittent - songs

I just set one of these up this weekend also, and it works perfectly.

Andy,
Sorry for previous misunderstanding.
When squeezebox starts up it will say something like "obtaining IP address" and then give a number in the format: A.B.C.D this is
the IP address for the squeezebox that your wireless router has assigned it. Note this down.

Still reading the decision. Initial reaction: this isn't a big deal -
they cited common law and kicked it back down. It may actually be a
positive thing for p2p - they have narrowed the liability question to
simply how Grokster was marketed. MGM needs to show that they were

Hi Sean,
I agree and from what I see in the opinion the court really did not set
forth a definitive standard regarding vicarious liability for copyright
infringement and deliberately refused to overrule or modify the "Sony"
test. However, most commentators agree that Grokster and StreamCast

And since it works in Winamp why not in the Squeezebox ?
Is there no one with a solution ?

Ah...Winamp is concatenating the station name to the track information
sent by the station. We currently only show the latter. If you hit right
from the Now Playing screen, you should see the name of the station.
Alternatively, you can file an enhancement request at
