Try increasing the 0 on line 312 of src/slimaudio/slimaudio_output.c to see if that helps. Start with 1024, if you still get drop outs try increasing it to 1536 and finally 2048. I wouldn't recommend setting it higher than that. Here's an example increasing the value to 1536, note the L at the e

I don't think so. Device 0 should be "almost" direct access to the pcm device whereas the others have additional processing overhead. That's probably why you're seeing the higher cpu usage. Change line 312 of src/slimaudio/slimaudio_output.c back to it's original value of zero. Try changing lin
