I am new to Squeezebox and am trying to setup iPeng for direct power and
volume control of my amp. My setup is as follows:
HTPC running Squeezebox Server
I am currently using Squeezeslave for my player

I applied the settings on my NAS but I didn't notice any obvious WebUI
or scanner speedups. OTOH Controller operation has sped up
dramatically, instead of 5-10 sec delays the Controller now displays
lists nearly instantly (<1 sec) when searching for music. Quite a

I am waiting for an iPad-App to control my Squeezebox since having the
iPad which was 2 days after its release. Now SqueezePad seems to be a
very good option as from what I read it can replace the Logitech Remote
instantly and there are plans to improve the functionality of

I use an SB3 with an IRblaster and the IRblaster plugin. This controls
the amp nicely. IRBlaster doesn't yet work with the touch AFAIK.
