Hi holterzoff,
what do you think is the most important feature of SqueezePad that the
current alternatives on the iPhone are lacking?
Personally I do find iPeng too complicated for the average user, but
especially on iPhone its hard to be better in this regard.
I'd need some more inspiration fr
Is someone working on compiling/packaging Squeezeslave for Synology

I have tried swapping the power supply (in fact I bought a new one) but
I am still seeing the same problem.
Is what I describe symptomatic of a drop in the wi-fi connection?
This box is definitely displaying much worse behaviour than the other
Squeezeboxes we have. For example, I am happy if
sounds like a potential WIFI strength problem. What wifi strength does
the SbS report in the information menu? Anything less than about 65% I
find to be a problem.

Can't you at least use it wired _temporarily_ as a diagnostic measure?
That is,
Hi,
i see the problem, i would like to have the squeezepad simplicity, ease
of use and elegance into an iphone app. I would go for less is more
given the smaller screen estate.
Maybe you're right and you should spare yourself the trouble, as there
is already a feature-rich iphone app. But on the

Anyone else in need of such a feature?

I am not aware of having upgraded the firmware. Is this something that
would have happened automatically?
When does the firmware date from?
Hi - It's been a while since I've been around here, but I've got a
problem with my trusty old SB3.
Truth be told, I had the problem a long while ago, and was told to
replace the power supply. I did, and it didn't really help.
Anyhow. The situation is this...
- My SB3 is rebooting constantly

Anyone know anything new about the CBC app, or has it operating? I see
some threads from last year outlining problems with CBC play in
general.
I installed it the other day, but trying to play CBC 1 or 2 yields a
message saying there is no content.

Some play, some don't. I'd say the CBC App is still broke. :(

Have you tried a program like NetStumbler to see what WiFi's are
broadcasting near you? Maybe a neighbor added a WiFi? Or changed
their broadcast ch?

when netstumbler would not.

Thanks for the replies. I don't think the firmware issue applies to me
from what I understand.
wifi signal is showing at 90% in SBS for the SB3. This is a bit lower
then the other two that are currently switched on (100% and 96%) but
still seems pretty decent. I am sure it has been at about th
Yeah, you want ch 1 or 6 or 11. But arbitrarily switching ch's is just
a guessing game until you use a NetStumbler like program to see what
ch's are around you.
If that is even the issue.

My trouble with 7.5.3 is when I sync two players. It works fine for some
time and then suddenly the slave stops playing and won't do anything
before it has either been resynced or starts on something else.
The logfil show that the slave player suddenly thinks that its time is
10 millions years beh
Thanks. That seems to have worked. Must have been a new neighbourhood
network causing issues.
Stupid wireless settings!

Hello,
I recently upgraded to a Transporter from a SB3, and am really enjoying
the improved sound quality.
I am running the Transporter into my Krell HTS 7.1 via balanced
inputs.
I have noticed that the Transporter sounds a bit better with the volume
95% of the way up vs. having the volume fixe
There are numerous posts regarding your question.
In theory as long as you don't go below 75% of the volume you're fine.
Some people like sound at fixed 100%, some not, others prefer the
flexibility of the volume adjustment. It is a matter of your taste and
the preference. Start enjoying the music
