A square four? Interesting engine. I worked in a Triumph/Vincent shop

They had a major disadvantage: rear cylinder cooling. Made sense for a
sidecar rig where there was ducting.

Mac operating system is one of the best and most popular operating
system. Your family Mac computer may be the sole keeper of your
precious family photos and home videos, vast music collection and even
financial records. Whereas, there always comes a situation when you

You guys are already ahead of me, I can not even get the MIP import to
work... The system says it has imported all the songs, but then only
like 20 songs show up in the library. Looks like 7.6.1 (or 7.6) is not
ready for prime time yet... May try the Logitech Media Server to see if
that works
Would it be possible for SqueezePlayer to support Erlands dynamic
playlists? Doesn't seem to work now...

Hi lawesson.
From a technical point of view, there should be no problem with using
dynamic playlists.
SqueezePlayer just plays what it's told to play by the server - and the
server completely supports the Dynamic Playlists if they work on other
Squeezeboxes too.
What do you mean with doesn't
I doubt you ever get the Real Studio Master. They sell everything
above 16bit 44.1kHz as such. In many cases the studio format is DSD or
DXD and high bitrate PCM they don´t sell.
When reading about some studios transfering analog tapes they do it
with hardware that is capable of 384kHz or DSD and

If my experience is anything to go by I would stay there. I'm much
happier now as I have a working system once again but it took a while
to get there.

What´s the point? Do they clearly state to record in 24/96 as they sell
their Pro downloads and not higher? I can´t find a clear statement at
their side.

Im having problems with a playlist of Radio stations that I created a
few years ago, when it worked perfectly using the RadioPlaylist plugin.
Unfortunately the plugin was not updated for later versions of SBS, so I
stopped using the playlist.
I decided to use it again today, so I imported it
Hi all.
I'm getting the above message on several of my favourites tonight when
I select the + icon for more info. Some of the streams affected:

I ought to add that the first entry on the playlist has a URL that is no

I'm back to 7.5.6 - did a complete clean and re-install (having also
done that on 7.6.1) Spent more time than I care on getting it [not]
working the last 10 days. But it's stable. I can't imagine LMS is
going to be better than 7.6.1 - if you don't access mysqueezebox.com I
can honestly
Hi SqueezePad fellow ...
time for a new release don't you think?
As of today SqueezePad 1.8.0 arrives on the AppStore and as to be
expected introduces many new features!
You might want to read this announcement on my blog as it features
screenshots:
The point is you might be surprised, if you weren't so dismissive.

Er, no. That would be an Ariel Square Four.
Which, in the states, at least, was dubbed a 'Squariel'.
Looking at wikipedia, I don't see that nickname for the ' Square Four'
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ariel_Square_Four) so I guess it was a
regionalism (New England, FWIW).
I'm just wondering what needs to be backed up before installing SBS
7.6?

But for my money the musical quality of the performance and the
technical skill of the recording engineer are more important than any
big numbers quoted for the distribution medium.
you could say that
The create Music IP Mix is there for me when I click on the 'M' for
more button when I view albums from the 'Album' view menu from home
