In a pre-Xmas spirit, we watched The Inside Job as our festive movie -
boy, are we mad!!! Seems you can fool most of the people most of the
time. A happy and prosperous New Year to all those bankers, hedge fund
managers, and the rest of the rotten lot!
Keep on shopping, your country needs you!
I guess I should have mentioned that this SB3 is not a wifi version (it
says wired only on the bottom) and is attached to my network via
ethernet cable. I have tested the cable and the network connection by
connecting a laptop and it's fine. It is getting power OK but is
totally non responsive. I
Have you tried to remove the wifi card ? It is also a known problem

Alright, my apologies... It is NOT due to LMS... It seems OpenDNS has
started routing my DNS requests to its datacenter in Signapore, not New

I know I'm a bit early by international standards, but in Norway the
holiday starts at 5 P.M. on the 24th (and we start unwrapping the gifts
in the evening, right after dinner), so I think it's only natural for a
Norwegian to start this thread.

I just got a logitech N700 Speaker/Lapdesk and the sound quality is

as well so I can sync the Boom/Radio/MacBook Pro altogether??

I used this price tracker to alert me when the price of the Touch
dropped below £150, so I got mine for £134.99 today. I imagine you have
to act quickly to secure the best price.

Hi,
I've been away from SlimServer (I mean SqueezeCenter) and may have
missed out on some magical step to get the web part of SqueezeCenter up
and running. I am wondering if any here can fill me in on why I can not
simply point a browser at port 9000 on the computer running the server
and pull u

I just installed Wireshark on the server and see the UDP 3483 packets
coming in and being sent. Wireshark indicates that the outgoing packets
have bad header checksums, but I see that on every packet coming from
the server, including those from TCP port 9000. Says "maybe caused by

Ed, the BBC stations are listed under internet radio if you have the
iPlayer plug-in installed under 'settings' in your server.
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53229&highlight=bbc+hd
Then select listen live.
I posted because the HD programme isn't listing under iPlayer, in my
set

Very interesting - the service is my radio highlight of the year, and
the start of my Christmas!
However, I can't see how to get this through my Squeezeboxes, unless
the station will just "appear" when the time comes. Will be on the look
out.
