I would suspect receiver or controller for doing this, that's easy to test , your idea of unplugging seems to me the fastest way to solve the mystery , you can remove controllers battery without adverse effects. -- Mnyb Main

So I recently just stood up a pfsense firewall. Have everything working as I would like however I have noticed a lot of blocked traffic coming from what I assume to be one of my squeezeboxes since it is broadcast traffic on port 3483. What I am seeing is traffic blocked from: 169.254.45.202:3483
