Since a certain nightly of 7.9 at least the Webif mirrors the menu
settings of the selected squeezebox. In such way you could get rid of
umwanted entries. Most apps use the menu structure provided by LMS.
Chances are high that your Logitech app will do the same, as you want.
Speaking about apps -
I have been reading through forums posts, but I don't seem to be able to
find any of the mechanisms used to customize the menu on my web
interface and phone apps. I am running LMS 7.8.1 on debian. I use the
logitech squeezebox app on my iOS devices, and squeezer and squeeze ctrl

I wouldn't worry about power consumption on one of these devices. In

PowerSave plugin will put each player into standby after a set time of
inactivity. Or, using Netcat you can run a batch file at the recurring
time of your choice:
Code:
@echo off
::adapt the following set statements
set netcat=C:\Progra~1\Netcat\nc.exe
set l
The radio has a "more off state" if you press the button it actually
shuts down the OS and screen and idles in some kind of low power mode ?
Wonder how that works if it's like linux computer you issue a shutdown
command and boot with the button ? The Power supply wil still run
ofcourse .
