No, currently it's not back.
I found that the old code just isn't portable to iOS 11 so the plan
currently is to re-implement it based on the upcoming (for a while,
unfortunately) iPeng redesign.
ETA would be around the release of iOS 13.
If you have the full iPeng, it's party mode works pretty

That's Debian with a Desktop environment. I don't quite see why you'd
choose that over plain Debian for a headless server.

Headless as in you don't own a monitor or headless as in you don't want
a monitor connected to it in daily use? If you have a monitor, I'd
