The SB does stream with headphones . I don't think there is a headphone
jack on the amp. I read one Amazon review that their amp died in less
than a year with similar symptoms to mine so I suspect the amp is dead.

Thanks! I was looking under "Settings" after normal boot-up, not in the
init
