Thanks for the advice. I changed the router to up to 270 mps (netgear
dgn 2000) and it seems fine. Will have to wait and test it a bit more.
I cant go wired as it is 2 rooms away from the transporter.

new at digital music understanding. A question on sample rates when
I copy CD's to the PC FLAC format they are all at 44khz. Is it the
source that determines the sample rate?

I had a similar problem. I can play WMA and WMA lossless but not WMA
Pro. Slimdevices told me WMA Por is not a supported format
Try recording in a new folder one of each and see if this narrows down
the problem

remove it

I think I found the problem. My files were burned tothe hard drive using
WMA Pro. SB played WMA and WMA lossless fine but for some reason not WMA
Pro. I am in the process of converting them to WMA and will slowly
replace them with lossless

Thanks for the response. I have slim server 6.5.1 and I ripped the WMA
files using the Creative labs software that came with my sound card
from CDs. They are VBR and most are around 700 kbs

I just hooked up sqeezebox v 3 wireless and it plays mp3 files fine but
when I try to play a wma file it shows on the box as playing but is
not. Can anyone help?
