Not really playlist related, but I would like to have the album art,
artist/album/song info, and track progress shown on my big-screen TV
between my speakers, so that I can sit back, relax and listen, without
always peering at tiny phone or SB Touch screens to see the info.
Aha, thanks. Yes and that means LMS has to be running.
Also, we can't get it to work with FLAC files.

I would find that quite useful too. I would be especially interested in
something that allows the volume to control the amp/receiver instead of
the Squeezebox player.
I have a Pioneer receiver and it, too, has a web interface where you
can control power, input, volume, etc.

So the volume control is hidden, but the prev|pause|next buttons are
still at the bottom? Does the progress overlay still obscure the
artwork?

Here's another wish ...
If the volume is set to "locked at 100%" then the volume control at the
bottom of the now-playing screen is a bit useless. I would like to have
the option to replace the volume control with the progress bar

You should see a "handle" to the right of each player. Using the
handle, hold and drag the player from the MySqueezeBox.com box to your
server box.
Press the edit button again to finish.

I also have a few cover arts are not square. Some are tall and thin,
some are short and fat. I would prefer if you could keep the aspect

tried an MP3 which worked fine. After that, all FLAC and MP3 files now
work fine.
However, only 16-bit files (44.1 and 48 kHz) seem to work. Playback
aborts with 24-bit files.

When you pause a song or skip to the next song, the volume is cut off
very abruptly. A quick, smooth fade out of the volume would sound much
better.
