I have one of my Slimp3s attached via a Netgear ME101 (to get past a very wide wall in my house. I'd had some problems recently with signal dropout so reloaded the firmware on the Slimp3 and it seemed to have sorted out everything until yesterday when I replaced two short CAT5 cables with one

I deleted 6.3 to do a clean install of 6.5, downloaded 6.5 rpm then tried to install with YAST and it wont. I also cant define the subdirectory I put RPM in as a repository. So now I have a network with impatient users! Anybody got this working ok. I see lots of probs with YAST on web but no

I'm planning to extend my music netowrk into my bathroom, and want to use a slimserver based device. I say it that way as I have slimp3,squeezebox2 and squeezebox3 devices. Currently I have one spare slimp3 but could move things around to free one of the others. UK regulations mean I cant have

Hi, can somebody help please. I installed Slimserver 6.1.1 from RPM and could not get to start. Trawling back I've seen various comments about Suse and have copied a startup script into /etc/init.d that I found in the discussion group. Now I can stop and start the service at will from YAST
