Your WAV tracks are being transcoded to FLAC on the fly, so I would imagine you don't have built-in WAV enabled in the file conversion table. The transcoding should work fine, but you may be seeing the problem with socketwrapper and firewalls. Steve. -- SteveEast

Reading some of the OP's other posts reveals that the Linux timings are indeed using the NAS library. So the difference in performance between Linux and Windows with the same NAS is indeed dramatic. Steve. -- SteveEast
