What a load of crap. !
Your entire company needs to learn how to talk to people like people
and ACTUALLY READ and listen to your paying customers.

I do not trust any information from your company at this point.

Imagine telling a customer that they need to uninstall and completely
remove not only a poor software program that the company hasn't been
able to (or cared to) work the bugs out of, but ALSO their virus
scanning software. - THEN reinstall both programs. !! **... and THAT is
YOUR EASY FIX ??!!!! 

This issue will never be resolved until Logitech decides to focus on
customers - $ paying customers and forget the step-by-step, Microsoft
wannabe, tech support line by line crap. When I first reported the
issue, I had already done the 1st 20 steps but NO ONE CARED.  Even
after many replies, NO ONE read my specific troubleshooting steps
ALREADY DONE!

DO NOT mark this as "SOLVED". It is not solved, just that the customer
found the least destructive way to work around YOUR technical problems
and programmers incompetence.

FIx your software, fix your customer/technical service, Then and only
then ask me if this is "solved".

Wow, an actual response after almost 2 weeks.  At least send your
customers an email telling them you are looking into it and will get
back to them.  If you read my emails you would see I attempted complete
fresh installs with no luck.  YOUR SQUEEZECENTER AND UPDATED FIRMWARE DO
NOT WORK.

I am completely and utterly disappointed in Logitech.  I will not buy
more of your products and certainly will spread the word about this
whole issue.  I wasn't asking for anything except a reply, your
rudeness and unprofessional conduct must be met with consumer action. 
Your loss of customers will be as great as I can influence, as I do not
want my friends or family subjected to the same kind of problems.

I deleted all software and reset the unit and reinstalled the OLD
'Slimserver' firmware and software.  At least it is back to operating.


I wonder if your management knows how bad your service and support is
!!!
