1. At the moment I tend to browse albums or artists. However with a large collection one tends to get not too far through the alphabet. By genre tends to be too specific.
2. Reviews in newspapers or aeroplane inflight channels have given me some interesting finds in the past. Also, listening stations in music stores. 3. A random browser. i.e. picks a list to browse at random or maybe based on played statistics (e.g. not played recently). 4. When listening to internet radio, a way of recording the tracks that interest me.
