Just bought a Duet and was looking forward to the ability to conect a pair of headphones to the remote output for private listening. My headphone output does not work - does anybody's???
I sent them an e-amail and received the following reply: Thanks for contacting Logitech Support. My name is Tyler and I'll be happy to help you resolve any issue or question you have with our product today. If it is more convenient you may also contact our phone support line at 877-887-8889 Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm PDT. The headphone output on the top of the controller isn't currently functional. We've included that feature for possible future upgrades, or for plug-ins that 3rd parties may write, as our software is open-source.
