Understand that a Nokia phone can be used as a remote for the squeezebox. Does anyone know how to do this? which Nokia phones can be used? running the squeeze center on the Ready Nas NV+ with the squeezebox 3. -- dhinesh

still using slimserver 6.5.4. on the ready nas nv+. does the squeeze center replace the slim server? can I just download from the slim devices website and upload the file manually to the ready nas? will this do? any advise on what problems I will / may have? thanks -- dhinesh

Would it be possible to download the latest slimserver in Linux and convert it to a BIN image and do an update local to the Infrant NAS NV+ ? I am new to Linux and am not familiar if the above can be done. Any thoughts? -- dhinesh

to access the root of the infrant system. Was wondering if we will have to do future updates of slim server ourselves? Since we have access to root. But how? Another thing: how do we convert a Linux file to a BIN image to do this? -- dhinesh
