Windows XP and I don't know how to install it is an administrator and I don't know how to run it as a service. I'm a computer dummy. Webroot Secure Anywhere Essentials is the anti-virus. Could that be the problem? Thanks for your help. --

I get this message every time I turn on my computer-- squeez~3.exe has encountered a problem. It is frustrating. I then have to restart logitech media server. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Any suggestions? -- jasongilliland
