Purchased late 2004, I thought this was SB 2, perhaps you're right and

OK, tried with quicktime video on on a digital camera, which I believe
works because I can see the blink of the TV remote but not the Slim
remote eeven with fresh batteries. Guess the slim remote needs to be
replaced. Thanks for quick response.

o run through itunes, everything seems okĀ
