hi a bit of a newbie @ this have lost my public folders & cant format my drive found the link to format using telnet all seem easy to follow but lifes never that simple lol When i put the command all starts good i put i administrator press enter it asks for pasword but i cant type anything just seems to freeze if i leave it it times out and if im press enter in says login incorrect i have tried reinstalling qnap drivers have tried versions 2.1.1 & 2.0.1 but same thing happens Must be something easy cheers alan
