Ok - I think I got it working!
A Combination of the following did it:
1. Installed Perl (don't know if this had any effect)
2. Changed the server permissions on the drives
3. dropped the music share one level down from the root

Where would you update that. I had assumed that is resided in the
status_header.html file, but can't find it in there.
