[slim] Volume from SqueezeBox through Tabletob system

volume is also set to the maximum. This is not a big deal, but it does limit the usefulness of the volume control on the remote. Sure I could turn up the volume on the Bose, but then if I switched to radio, it would be too loud. Any thoughts? Tom --

To my delight, I have found that SoftSqueeze and my SqueezeBox are now in sync. Two things I did: 1) Upgrade the server (to 6.2.2) and softsqueeze (to 2.3) 2) Install the Java MP3 files (Java Media Framework was needed to make it work for me) Rock on! -- tharrison

cking timestamps on the two possible iTunes Library files (the .itl and the .xml); both timestamps are updated, but the scan never occurs. Newly added music files are immediately found by SS, but I think that's because they are in directorie

uled out that my idiocy is a cause in this particular case ('tho a quick talk with my co-workers will confirm that my idiocy is never completely ruled out :-). So I welcome any advice that will help me provide clear information to help isolate the problem.
