I think the output is protected, possibly because it is transformer
coupled.
You're probably fine. There shouldn't be any kind of subtle failure
mode for this kind of thing. Typically you blow components and it
either will sound horrible or not at all.

Hey all...
So I accidentally hooked my amp's subwoofer-out to the left channel
output of my SB. Does anybody know if that could potentially harm the
SB? I *think* the sub-out was disabled, but it may have been on for a
period of time.
