If you click the "add feeds" link at the bottom of mediafly.com, you can
add any podcast RSS feed or paste in an OPML list and they will be added
to the Mediafly.com directory as well as to your personal channels.
You can then move them around into other channels from your My Shows
page.

ChrisNY's suggestion of using Mediafly sounds like it'd provide the most
podcast functionality and would probably be the easiest if you have more
than one or two podcasts that you follow.
Since I (currently) only listen to one podcast bpa gets the award for

I just pasted the URL into the Tune-in box and the podcast started
playing with a playlist of about 5 other items.

To those interested in digging deeper into Podcasts, check out a thread
I posted a while back regarding MediaFly which is an intersting podcast
aggregator that works well with SqueezeCenter.

In order to scan a non-OPML page for podcasts, you need something with a
bit more parsing smarts, like AlienBBC (see the ABC example above). So,
depending on what you're looking for, I'd say you either need to have
an opml list or be lucky enough to have it included in AlienBBC's
lists.

Do I understand correctly that a site must provide an OPML file listing
of their podcast(s) to be able to use the Podcast in the Squeezebox?
For example at http://www.oneplace.com/ministries/focus_on_the_family/
if I click on the Podcast button it gives me this URL:
http://podcast.oneplace.com/fo
Very nice! I hadn't noticed it. It looks as though it actually parses
the html link I posted earlier. What a great plugin!

Sadly, I don't believe that the ABC has an opml list. There is this
http://www.abc.net.au/services/podcasting/programs.htm but that's not
SC-readable.

I am running SC 7.0 which is working perfectly at this time. I would
like to add the NPR podcast menu.
Their main directory for their Podcasts is:
http://www.npr.org/rss/podcast/podcast_directory.php
I seen that all of the podcasts listed in Squeeze Center(by default)
have a .opml suffix.
