I'd say the plugin shows pretty much the same thing as Qobuz does. If
that's the wrong order, then you'll have to complain to Qobuz.

also, flac tracks very often end abruptly...
Not always, though, and if I play them again, they get to the end
correctly.
Maybe the Raspberry/HiFiBerry cannot cope with that load..?

Yes, you'll need a plugin. And there's only one for Youtube, which afaik
doesn't support paid YT accounts.
I believe that Qobuz is pretty popular among Classical music lovers, too.

I have a Spotify account, and use the Spotty plugin happily.
What if I wanted to try Amazon, Youtube or Idagio music services?
Idagio is recommended for classical, and that's why I mention it.
Is there a way to use them with Squeezebox server, or a plugin is
required?
