store section. You might want to call them or e-mail them again using
"Ask the seller a Question" directly from the ad
I just got my SB3 from them about a week ago. They did not respond to
me until I sent them a couple of emails using Ebay, then they got back
to me very fast and my shipment came quickly then.

Yep - I have all the contact details and have e-mailed, phoned and
written from the UK. No response - they just don't seem to want to
honour their contractual obligations.
