Compaired to every other major release I've seen over the years, this
has been the least problematic.
Sure a few people have had minor problems, but not nearly the same as
when 6.5 was first released.
I would have to say this is the most stable a bug free initial release
ever.

If anything, you should switch to 7.0 because of the syncing problems
you have. I also had syncing problems and now they are completely
gone!
