On some albums (especially live ones), the tracks on the disc flow
directly into one another. They will play this way on the Squeezebox.

The WDTV boxes, like most non-Squeezebox devices, can't play music

I have an Asus O!Play which is somewhat similar. Audio sounds ok but
you will quickly remember why you love your Squeezebox.
The network connected variety of "media player" is even nicer - you can
rip everything in the house and store the disks away.

It plays flac files fine, but you can only browse by folder structure,
not by tags.

Just ordered refurbed one for $50 mainly for showing photos on TV. It's
not the "live" version so no streaming, just play from portable hard
drive or USB drive. It plays videos and FLAC music files too and has
an optical out for plug into external DAC. Anyone try this? Audio
results?
