Maybe it's just because I'm a bit of a SqueezeGeek :-) but that review
seemed to be riddled with little inaccuracies. Most glaring was the
issue of the Controller's range. It obviously doesn't poop out at ten
feet from the SBR one floor removed. It doesn't even communicate
directly with the SBR
Not to mention that the Boom is the latest offering in the Squeezebox
line. Oh yeah, and the SB2/3 display is not LED, but a very nice VFD.
I was going to post a comment but decided against it. I think I'd come
off like a fanboy.
It's painfully clear that the reviewer didn't do any research

it sounds like he doesn't really understand digital music, or ripping,
or wireless networks, or web browsers, or the difference between the
(play) button and the + (add)
