Since I set the Music Folder in SC to blank so that it refers to the MusicIP folder structure, I have now lost the ability to browse my music by folder. Sometimes I do like to be able to browse by folder so I'd like to have this functionality back while still having the MusicIP setup work

I got delayed in work so didn't really get to look into this. Thank for the pointer maggior, though I don't really follow - I don't see any options on the MiP headless web page at http://localhost:10002 to specify cache location. A 'Reload Cache' button did appear at one stage so I clicked that.

If you use Archive Analysis in the MIP GUI options, the pain of scanning a large library is greatly reduced should your MIP database become corrupted or unusable. As I re-install my OS(s) 6 times a day or so, scanning my 150,000+ tracks is comparatively trivial. Cheers! . -- haunyack
