Hi, As stated, I'm pretty new to SlimServer. I tried unsucessfully to find answers already given, but apologies if this is a redundant question or posted in the wrong place. Anyway, running SS on my Mac mini, and I use it exclusively to stream to iTunes on my PowerBook or Winamp on the work peecee.
I notice that when I build a long playlist either manually or by, say, adding everything by a certain artist, I am unable to clear the playlist. Clicking clear does seem to call the server, but the page refreshes and comes back exactly the same. Removing the songs individually doesn't work, either--on refresh they are right back again. To get around this, I've completely disabled the option to save playlists, and have to forget the player and reconnect... frustrating. The OTHER big problem is with AAC's. I've seen some talk of issues on this board, but it usually seems to be related to running on Linux. They are not playing at ALL. I add them and they are skipped right over. If I try to make them play, the server just stops.
