Yes, you still need to use one of the software players mentioned above
to use mysqueezebox.com or Squeezebox Server. I think "SoftSqueeze"
may not be bundled with SBS anymore.

Im talking about the squeezebox server thing that hangs out in the sys
tray. that wont play the music out of the computer speakers. Maybe i
had the soft squeeze thing youir talking about. If i download it
now,should it then be able to play through the computer speakers? Did
that used to be a part
mysqueezebox.com by itself will not play anything on your computer
speakers. If you want to stream it to your computer (instead of a
Squeezebox) you need to use one of the "software SB players", such as
SqueezePlay, SoftSqueeze, or squeezeslave.

I just upgraded router and was able to get everything working, but i
have no sound coming from the computer speakers. is that correct? i
thought i rember when you play a song through squeeznetwork thing that
you could hear the music come from the computer speakers also.Any ideas
on how to fix?
