So you're listening to Internet radio via SN. You want to go out so you
hit pause to save bandwidth (yours and the radio station's), as it's
easier than removing it from 'now playing'.

The next day, you press pause again. Playback starts from where it left
off for a minute or two until the receiver's buffer empties, then it
just stops dead & you have to restart playback for that station.
I mostly listen to Radio IO, where the above always happens - not sure
if this is common to all stations
Wouldn't it be more sensible to just restart the stream when you
un-pause after a long time? Or at least crossfade to the current stream
whne the buffer empties?
