Is this problem new in MIP 1.6b3 or does it also exist in MIP 1.6b2 ?

Attached is my latest log... I've left it unedited, so it's a bit long.
I used the debug version of Trackstat to generate it. Hope it's useful.
At a glance, it does seem like something wierd is occuring around
unicode characters...
The crash was triggered in Fishbone, by clicking on the play
I have problems with the 6.2.2 Daily + MusicIP Server, the issue for me
was MP3's with accented characters in the filenames.
Taking all the accents out of the filenames (not the tags) got me going
again.
There's a thread in the Beta forum but it seems to have died as nobody
else seem's to have

Could you try with the TrackStat version attached with this post, it
contains some more log messages which should make it possible to see if
there are TrackStat code executed at the moment or not.
Also, in the log it looks like a track is removed in the following
line:
